ORGANISATION STRUCTURE
- The Xaverian Movement shall be based on 7-10 members living closely together to form a Team.
- Three teams (3) shall form a section at the sub parish or school.
- The section shall be run by the executive democratically elected from the section.
- Three (3) or more sections form a group at the parish level whose executive is democratically elected from these sections.
- Three (3) or more groups form a deanery and shall be composed of all sections in a deanery.
- The Deanery executive shall be elected from the representatives of the section in that deanery.
- Three (3) or more Deaneries shall form the Diocesan Xaverian Movement. The Diocesan executive shall be democratically elected from the representatives of :
- Deaneries/zones
- Former or ex-diocesan executive (Diocesan council).
